Up earrrrlllyyy yesterday to pick up Deirdre, Jeff and kids from Logan at 5:15ish. That's A.M... Next stop at Mul's diner for breakfast to delay us until an almost reasonable hour in the morning, then on to Lisa.
Riley and Elliot got themselves all dressed up in their new winter jackets for the snow they were sure would show up shortly. They got their wish in the afternoon, at about the same time Opa Henk and I came back from his check-up in Derry.
We did change cars around so the Dixons could have the Avalon. We just can't get the ignition to unlock on the minivan. So for the moment Opa and I share one car. Today he's at work and I'm at "home" organizing, and tomorrow he'll get a ride so I can go places.
Today's organization was cabinets and window insulation. So far so good. I might even start the paperwork this afternoon.
